Recently yoghurt has been my morning love. While cruising around New Zealand I couldn’t go a day without having it with fresh fruit. Returning home and continuing the cruise love affair, I began having oats with it… then nuts… then honey… then fresh and dried fruit… and it continued to evolve. Cue fascination with using large mugs as bowls and what you have is a cute morning treat. It’s quick, easy, filling, and delicious.

Ingredients (Serves 1)
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp oats
3 tbsp yoghurt – Greek, vanilla, whatever you fancy
2 tbsp almonds/nuts
squeeze of honey
handful of berries – raspberry, blackberry, strawberry
1/ scoop yoghurt into a big mug
2/ place nuts, berries, chia seeds, oats, dried fruit and honey on top
3/ pick up a spoon and, enjoy!
