Berry Breakfast Mug

mug1Breakfast is easily the best meal of the day. Whether it’s exploring a new cafe for brunch with a friend or creating a nourishing meal to savour at home, breakfast is definitely something special.

Recently yoghurt has been my morning love. While cruising around New Zealand I couldn’t go a day without having it with fresh fruit. Returning home and continuing the cruise love affair, I began having oats with it… then nuts… then honey… then fresh and dried fruit… and it continued to evolve. Cue fascination with using large mugs as bowls and what you have is a cute morning treat. It’s quick, easy, filling, and delicious.

Recipe is below. Enjoy this ‘Berry Breakfast Mug’!
