“Grace is the permanent climate of divine kindness; the perennial infusion of springtime into the winter of bleakness.” John O’Donohue

Whether you’ve entered spring or autumn, you’ve entered a beautiful new season. There is something unique about each that exposes and cares for itself, and breed’s new life either through seeds blossoming or tree leaves falling to make room for the fresh.

In life, seasons come and go, but it’s integral to hold onto your own truths and values throughout all. These help frame our lives and provide an anchor that keeps us grounded, afloat and on track to our purpose.

As time continues rolling by I’m learning the worth of grace – grace as a character trait to embody, to extend unto myself and most importantly, others.

According to Dictionary.com grace is: “elegance or beauty of form, manner, motion, or action”, “mercy”, “favour or goodwill” or “pleasing or attractive quality or endowment”.

Often we can strive to possess qualities such as beauty and strength, yet overlook grace. The attractiveness about grace is how it can be subtle, yet always powerful. When acknowledged and encountered, you can’t help but be changed by it.

To embody a quality like grace is unmatched to any other. The stunning thing about being alive is it is our choices that determine the life we lead and create.

Choose well in whatever season you find yourself currently in. Be purposeful in expressing grace, to yourself and those around you. A month from now, you may surprise yourself at how rich your life is.

Enjoy the day’s you’re in,

Much love,

Bethany x
